Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments with justification that determines a circumstantial event in which it demonstrates and provides evidence regarding health, family emergency, life or death situation, law enforcement intervention, and/or environmental disaster impeding attendance to a scheduled appointment for $0 charge for abscence and rescheduling fee waived. If no such evidence, proof, or attestation is provided to justify the absence of the appointment, then a $1200.00 charge will be charged for absence and rescheduling or $800.00 for abscence without rescheduling. This is to respect and to compensate potential financial loss or opportunity due to this events place. We appreciate your time, effort, respect, and understanding.
