Mallina Beauty Box booking policy and client agreement. Thank you for choosing Mallina Beauty Box. To ensure every client enjoys a professional, relaxing, and high-quality experience, please read and agree to the following policies before confirming your appointment. First, booking and deposit: a K100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is deducted from your total service cost, with the remaining balance due immediately after your appointment. Second, cancellations and rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours, notice or no-shows may require a new deposit before another booking can be made. Third, arrival time. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service safely. Fourth, lash prep. Arrive with clean lashes, no makeup or oils, avoid caffeine a few hours before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing. Fifth, existing lash extensions. If you have existing extensions, please book a separate lash removal service with your new set. Sixth, guests and children. Only clients with confirmed appointments may enter the treatment area. No extra guests. Seventh. Health and safety. Please inform us of any eye infections, recent surgery, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Eighth, refills. Refill appointments are for clients who still have enough extensions left. If not, a full set may be needed. Ninth, satisfaction. If you have any concerns within 48 hours, contact us so we can assess and, where appropriate, arrange a complimentary adjustment. Lastly, right to refuse service.
