Modalities include massage deep tissue massage, gua sha (Traditional Chinese muscle scraping), cupping (slide, functional and static), red light therapy, yin stretching & breathwork. *Red light therapy which has amazing benifits for your health/ wellbeing, muscle recovery, pain/ inflammation, circulation and sleep.
