A bespoke bodywork session using modalities tailored to suit each individual client. Modalities include massage deep tissue massage, gua sha (Traditional Chinese muscle scraping), cupping (slide, functional and static), red light therapy, yin stretching & breathwork. *Red light therapy which has amazing benifits for your health/ wellbeing, muscle recovery, pain/ inflammation, circulation and sleep.
