CHILDREN: To keep the space safe, relaxing and professional, I kindly ask that children only attend if supervised by another adult. My insurance doesn’t cover unsupervised little ones in the treatment area. On the day of training courses, no children allowed. DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This includes a platform fee which isn’t taken off your final total. RESCHEDULING: Life happens so if you need to reschedule your appointment with me then please give at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be needed to rebook. For training courses you are unable to reschedule at all, so please make sure that you can absolutely do the day and/or time that you choose before doing so. PAYMENT: The remaining balance for appointments with me is due at your appointment. There is an additional fee for card payments and I no longer accept bank transfers. For training courses you have the choice of paying through my “Pay Later” services but this has to be done when booking in with me, if you don’t choose this option then you pay for the rest upfront on the day of your training course. Either cash or by card but there is a fee if paying by card, bank transfers are not accepted. PATCH TESTS: Patch tests are recommended a minimum of 24–48 hours before your appointment with me for lash glue, lift products, tint, and brow wax. Patch tests for these products are also needed every 6 months. It’s your responsibility to arrange one. If you choose not to I can’t be held responsible for any reactions. I also can’t be held responsible for if an allergic reaction happens during or after your patch test or even if your patch test comes out ok and you have a reaction during or after your treatment at any time — this is something that may happen and is out of my control — by booking in with me you are accepting to this policy. This is also for training courses - the model you bring with you will need a patch test prior to your course date, if they choose not to I will not be liable. LASH FIXES: If you experience any issues with your lashes — whether it’s something not looking quite right or they begin falling out unusually — please let me know within 24 hours after your appointment. After that window, it’s unfortunately out of my control and any fixes will require a new booking. I want you to feel confident and happy with your results, so don’t hesitate to reach out if something’s not quite right. Your satisfaction is important to me! PUPPY IN TRAINING: Roxy, my miniature dachshund puppy, is currently in the room with me during treatments as part of her early training. She’s gentle & clean but if you’d prefer a puppy-free appointment or have allergies or concerns, just let me know in advance — I’m more than happy to accommodate.
