Little Paws Pet Services provides pet care services subject to the following terms. All clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the service cost. Payment is due in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements at our discretion. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to pets or property except as required by law. Clients must provide accurate information and notify us of any special needs or conditions. By booking services, clients agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable laws where services are rendered.
