By booking with jayslaybraids, you are agreeing to the policies below. Please read them in full before confirming your appointment.

────────────────────
DEPOSIT — REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT
────────────────────
A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

• The deposit goes TOWARDS your balance.
• It must be sent within 2 HOURS of booking via CashApp ($blessedjay) or Zelle (blessedjay96@gmail.com).
• Appointments not secured within that window are automatically released and the time is offered to other clients.
• Deposits are refunded only in the event that I must cancel on my end.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received. Please include your name and appointment date in the payment note.

HAIR PREPARATION
Arriving prepped protects your scalp, extends the life of your style, and keeps your appointment on schedule. Please come with your hair:

• Freshly washed and conditioned
• Fully blow-dried and stretched
• Completely detangled, with all previous braids, extensions, and shed hair removed
• Free of gel, heavy oils, grease, and product buildup

Hair that arrives unprepped may result in an additional prep fee, a reduced service, or rescheduling at my discretion.

ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is extended to every client. Arrival after the grace period adds a $25 late fee to your service total.

GUESTS & CHILDREN
To protect the comfort, privacy, and focus of every client in my chair, appointments are one-on-one.

• Please arrive alone — no additional guests unless communicated to me prior.
• Children are welcome only when they are the client being serviced.

This is not about being unwelcoming — it is about giving you my full, undivided attention and keeping the space calm and on schedule for everyone.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Life happens — I only ask for notice. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may be subject to an additional fee.

PAYMENT
Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

Thank you for choosing jayslaybraids. I genuinely appreciate your trust, and I can't wait to slay your hair.
