Booking Policy - Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee, which must be paid prior to rebooking - Same day cancellations / No Shows will be a 100% payment of scheduled appointment - Foreign acrylics (any product not applied by me) will not be filled. A soak-off service must be booked in these cases - Gel - X will only be refilled if structure gel was applied as an add on to the first set, all gel x sets with no structure gel overlay will need to book a soak off with new set. Gel - X with structure gel overlay will only be filled once before needing to book a soak off. - A $10 late fee will be applied to any service that begins more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time - A $20 non refundable deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.
