I’ve been going to Karl for years and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s extremely experienced and really knows his stuff. He takes the time to listen to what’s bothering me and always seems to know exactly where the problem areas are. I always leave feeling so much better and more relaxed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. 

I have gone to Karl for the last number of years. Whenever I have muscle injuries or tightness, Karl sorts me out and gives me stretches and exercises to do which help decrease the likelihood of the injury returning. I also bring my daughter to Karl and he keeps her match ready for her active lifestyle.
