Hair by Alex Salon – Appointment & Hair Extension Policy Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to applicable fees. Hair Extension Care & Maintenance Once hair extensions are installed, proper maintenance is essential to preserve their quality and longevity. Hair by Alex Salon provides professional guidance and recommended services, including washing, blow-drying, and ongoing maintenance. If the client chooses not to return for professional maintenance services or does not follow the recommended care instructions, Hair by Alex Salon cannot be held responsible for issues including, but not limited to, dryness, tangling, matting, shedding, or damage resulting from improper home care. Hair extensions must be washed, dried, and maintained correctly as advised by the stylist. Failure to fully dry extensions, improper product use, excessive heat, or neglect may result in damage. If the client elects to perform maintenance at home, all outcomes are the sole responsibility of the client, and results will depend entirely on how the extensions are handled and cared for. By proceeding with hair extension services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
