FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN TREATMENT BEING DECLINED AND THE BOOKING FEE BEING LOST. ▪️Services and treatments are available only for clients aged 18 and over. ▪️All booking fees are strictly non-refundable. Booking fees are deducted from the final cost of the treatment. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment start time. Otherwise, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will be required for a new booking. No-shows without prior notice will result in future bookings being declined ▪️ Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being canceled, the booking fee being lost, and a new booking will be required. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. ▪️Strictly no children are allowed at appointments due to safety and insurance reasons. Please do not arrive with any additional person. In exceptional cases, please contact us to discuss alternatives. ▪️A communicative level of English or Polish is required to complete the consultation, discuss treatment and aftercare, and understand contraindications and possible complications. ▪️PRE-TREATMENT Instructions •Do not consume beverages containing caffeine on the day of the treatment. •Do not consume alcoholic beverages for at least 48 hours before the planned procedure. •Clients with a history of cold sores are advised to take preventive antiviral medication 5 days before their appointment. •Active cold sores are a contraindication to all aesthetic treatments, regardless of the treatment area. •Refrain from taking anti-inflammatory medications for 48 hours before the planned procedure. •You can start taking antihistamine and arnica tablets 1 week before your appointment to help reduce bruising and swelling post treatment. •Antihistamines must be taken mandatory daily for 5 days before the Gouri (polycaprolactone) treatment, as well as 1-2 hours before the procedure on the day of the treatment. •Dermal fillers and tissue biostimulators should not be booked within 14 days before travelling abroad. ▪️AFTERCARE Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided after treatment. Failure to comply may negatively affect results. Following any facial aesthetic treatment, clients may experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, itching, or mild discomfort at the treated areas. These effects are normal and usually subside within a few days. • Avoid touching, rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated areas unless specifically instructed by the practitioner. •Refrain from strenuous exercise, excessive facial movements, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and swimming for at least 24–48 hours post-treatment. •Avoid alcohol, excessive caffeine, and smoking for 24–48 hours, as these may increase swelling or bruising. •Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and extreme heat/cold for at least 48 hours; apply SPF. •Refrain from applying makeup, active skincare ingredients (such as retinoids, acids, or vitamin C), or undergoing additional facial treatments for 24–48 hours, unless otherwise instructed. Any prescribed aftercare products or medications must be used strictly as directed. ❗️If unusual pain, increasing swelling, skin discoloration, signs of infection, visual disturbances, or any other concerning symptoms occur, clients must contact the practitioner immediately or seek urgent medical attention. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and may increase the risk of complications. ❗️CONTRAINDICATIONS for treatments include: cold and flu (even the very beginning or final stage, runny nose, cough) , fever, the use of antibiotics (patients must wait at least 14days after taking the last antibiotic tablet), herpes (cold sore), pregnancy, breastfeeding, viral infections, chronic skin conditions (e.g., psoriasis, dermatitis), autoimmune diseases, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, tendency to form keloids, cancer, and blood clotting disorders (GP’s consent required). In cases where contraindications are not reviewed or medical conditions are not disclosed prior to the appointment, the booking fee will be retained as compensation. ❗️Active cold sores are a contraindication to all aesthetic treatments, regardless of the treatment area. ! Symptoms that appear mild or attributed to allergies are still considered a potential risk and cannot be assessed at the appointment. ▪️Consultations are charged at £30. If you decide to proceed with a treatment and the appointment is booked within 90 days of the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of the treatment. ▪️The amount of product is assessed during consultation and may change based on clinical suitability. Booking a specific amount does not guarantee it will be used, and clients cannot request unsafe or unsuitable doses. If unsure, please book a consultation only. Consultation and treatment should not be booked together. If a treatment is booked but not proceeded with after consultation, the treatment deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or rescheduled. ▪️Results vary depending on anatomy, lifestyle, and healing, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Any concerns should be reported within 14 days. After full healing, any true asymmetry can be assessed and corrected. However, requests for additional product based on preference will be treated as a new, chargeable treatment. All treatments are strictly non-refundable. ▪️Clients who have previously any other dermal fillers elsewhere must be aware that the presence of filler migration, asymmetry, lumps or overfilled tissue may prevent treatment from being carried out. In such cases, dissolving the existing filler may be required prior to any new treatment. ❗️Anti-Wrinkle Treatments & Top-Up For anti-wrinkle treatments, the initial appointment must be booked first and top-ups cannot be combined with it. Top-ups are booked separately as soon as the initial treatment is booked and must be done 14–28 days after treatment. Clients are advised to book the top-up in advance, as availability is not guaranteed. After 28 days, top-ups are not possible. Out-of-hours top-ups are £50. Booking both on the same day does not secure a top-up. ▪️ Courses of treatments are paid in full at the first session and scheduled within the agreed timeframe. Packages are for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred. Appointments must be booked within 3 months of purchase (unless agreed otherwise), otherwise the booking may expire or be subject to price changes. Scar/Strech Mark Treatment

When working with scars and stretchmarks, results can vary widely. Some scars — such as acne scars or smaller marks — can often be reduced almost to zero, becoming barely visible. Others may only be improved to a certain degree, depending on their nature, age, and depth. The same applies to stretch marks: some respond very well within just a few sessions, while others may require longer treatment and show partial improvement. It is also very important that the client comes prepared with information about the history of the scar — how it was formed, how long ago, how the healing process went, and whether any previous treatments or scar ointments were used. This background helps us select the most effective approach. Treatment plans may include: • needling or dry needling, • chemical peels, • collagen injections, • or microneedling.

Worried about heart disease, even if your cholesterol levels are normal? Lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), is a genetic risk factor for cardiovascular disease that standard cholesterol tests don’t detect. High Lp(a) levels can increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes, even in people with otherwise healthy lipid profiles. This test is ideal if you have a family history of heart disease or want a more detailed assessment of your cardiovascular risk. Lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), is a type of lipoprotein made by the liver. Lp(a) is very similar to LDL cholesterol but is more "sticky" as it also contains a protein called Apo(a). Lp(a) is thought to play an important role in the blood's clotting system, but raised levels are linked to a higher risk of cardiovascular disease, including heart attacks and strokes. Knowing your level can help stratify your risk. The amount of Lp(a) in your blood is determined by your genes and not affected by your age or sex.

Diabetes Profile HbA1 + Glucose - random

Haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), also known as glycated haemoglobin, is a longer-term measure of glucose levels in your blood than a simple blood glucose test. Glucose attaches itself to the haemoglobin in your red blood cells, and as your cells live for around 12-16 weeks, it gives us a good indication of the average level of sugar in your blood over a 3-month period. A raised HbA1c result points to diabetes or an increased risk of developing diabetes, which can have a significant impact on your lifespan and quality of life. Complications of uncontrolled diabetes include heart disease, kidney disease, eye problems, and vascular conditions. It can also contribute to mental health problems. And men with diabetes are three times more likely to have erectile dysfunction. Keeping your HbA1c within a normal range can help you reduce the risk of these conditions. Glucose is a sugar that acts as the body's main source of energy. Most of the body's cells require glucose for energy production. The br

Iron Profile : hs-CRP, Iron, Ferritin, TIBC, Transferrin saturation

hs-CRP: C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is an inflammation marker used to assess whether there is inflammation in the body. Iron: Iron is a mineral that is essential for life. It is a component of haemoglobin, a protein in our red blood cells that is responsible for transporting oxygen around our body. TIBC: Total iron-binding capacity is a measure of the ability of your body to efficiently carry iron through the blood. Transferrin saturation: in the liver and is the major protein in the blood which binds to iron and transports it round the body. This test measures how much this protein Ferritin:is a protein which stores iron in your cells and tissues. Usually, the body incorporates iron into haemoglobin to be transported around the body, but when it has a surplus, it stores the remaining iron in ferritin for later use. Measuring ferritin levels gives us a good indication of the amount of iron stored in your body
