Hey there! 😊Here’s some information you need to know before booking your appointment 🖤

🚨🚨BOOKING FEE🚨🚨

A $10 non-refundable booking fee and completed consent forms are required to secure your booking. The booking fee will be deducted from your total cost. A text message including the link to your required forms and information to pay your booking fee will be sent once your appointment request is confirmed. 


🚨🚨LATE POLICY🚨🚨

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. If the client exceeds the grace period, the appointment will automatically be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.


🚨🚨RESCHEDULING🚨🚨

Please use the link in your appointment confirmation text to reschedule your appointment. Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment to avoid deposit forfeiture. The deposit is only transferable within the same month when rescheduling. If not, the deposit is forfeited. 


🚨🚨CANCELLATIONS🚨🚨

Any last-minute cancellations of less than 24 hours will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. NO SHOWS will be unable to book future appointments, and the deposit will be forfeited.


🚨🚨APPOINTMENTS🚨🚨

Please avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment. Please remove contacts before your appointment. Please arrive with a clean face and lashes. Please shower before your lash appointment if you have engaged in physical activity (i.e., exercising). Please dress comfortably and not wear your hair in a high bun or ponytail. No additional guests are allowed.

Highly recommend!  Ashley is invested in her customers overall experience with her and  genuinely wants you to leave with the look you want. She takes the time to  customize a look for your eye shape and is highly communicative, and makes sure you are comfy throughout the process. Find you a lash lady that can do both !

My first time and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out all this time. Very relaxing throughout the whole application. My eyes are usually irritated for the first few hours of previous appointments with other techs but I have no issues with these. Thank you Ashley!
