Your appointment address will be provided in your booking confirmation/notification. Please check these details before attending your appointment. By booking with Biggie’s Studio, you agree to our booking policies and terms. We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours notice. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client. Late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may incur a fee. If you are unhappy with any part of your haircut or service, please let us know while you are still in the chair so we have the opportunity to fix it. We understand that speaking up can sometimes feel uncomfortable, so Biggie’s Studio aims to provide an open-minded environment where respectful feedback and criticism are always welcome. Once you leave the place of service, all sales are final and refunds will not be provided. Discount Disclaimer: Age and student discounts apply only to haircuts using a number 1 to 8 guard. Fades, mid-length haircuts and long-length haircuts are not included in discounted pricing. Biggie’s Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary.
