Policy and Terms for Hair by Tara Kaye By booking an appointment with Tara Flores, you agree to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. For the comfort and safety of all clients, additional guests are not permitted in the appointment area. Children are only allowed if they are booked for a service. Tara reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to these policies.
