A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all colour appointments and appointments that are one hour or longer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can also reschedule your appointment using the link provided—just make sure it’s done before the 24-hour mark, and your deposit will automatically transfer to your new booking.
