I decided to try reiki due to low mood/feeling not myself.

I went for an all over body massage from Sue yesterday at Wirral wellbeing at Brimstage.  Sue had been recommended by a friend with very high standards .
The place was beautifully presented , Sue was excellent and it was a wonderful experience.  I will be returning without a doubt. Thank you Sue.

This was my second time visiting Susan and I’ll  be back again. Susan is very calming and all the treatments I’ve received have been incredible, I leave feeling so relaxed.

Had an amazing reflexology session—so relaxing from start to finish. The therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. Highly recommend.

Completely relaxed from the moment I stepped into Su’s room and started chatting to her. 

Had the most amazing bacial/back massage and head massage, I think I was drooling at one point. 

Su really knows how to relax your mind and the body follows.. felt super Zen when I left.

Today I had ( relax and recharge) at Wirral well being.  I was greeted by the the lovely Susan on arrival. Who made me feel very welcome and relaxed.
The space was very calming.
The reiki and aromatherapy back massage was  fantastic. Would definitely  go again.

Today was my first ever visit so I was slightly nervous - Susan was so lovely and kind, I felt at ease immediately. The treatment itself was heavenly, I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and massage can sometimes hurt, it didn’t today and yet I feel looser and like my range of movement is better. After just one visit? I’m amazed! Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back 🧡

My massage was the back neck and scalp, and it was absolutely amazing, very relaxing and Sue managed to help with all the tension around my shoulders and neck , such a lovely space and sue has a very calming nature . Will definitely recommend and I will be returning soon . 

Just a quiet moment to escape and reset.   I try and visit once per month because  I love the atmosphere at Brimstage and the warm, friendly welcome I get from Sue.  The only challenge is deciding on which treatment to choose.  Thank you for another wonderful Reiki session.

Wirral Wellbeing is a really nice calming space. Sue was an excellent therapist and the massage really helped with stiffness and pain. 


This was my first visit and I was most impressed. 

Susan is wonderful. She helped me fully relax and worked out all my tight, tense muscles with so much care. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely restored.

I had to make a last-minute change to my treatment and Sue was so accommodating, which was really kind of her. From the moment you walk in, she just has this warm, calming presence that instantly helps you relax.

The room itself was lovely too, really peaceful and calming, which just added to the whole experience.

Thank you for such a wonderful treatment. I’ll definitely be back for that massage.

Just returned from a wonderful reflexology treatment - highly recommend it!

Lovely massage, very relaxing, sue took time to work on areas that were much needed, will be back.

I bought a massage for my daughter in law when she was visiting. This is what she said: "It was a really nice appointment, very relaxing. It was a lovely clean room, very stylish and I felt very well looked after.  I felt sorry that the hour of massage was over so quickly, I didn't want it stop. Sue was very friendly and I felt so much better afterwards"

I had a lovely session this morning with Reiki and crystal healing. Susan was so warm and welcoming and allowed me to open up about why I had booked the session. I felt to relaxed afterwards and have been inspired to be more creative in my free time. Thank you again and I would love to come back in the future!

Just had the most amazing scalp, back & shoulder massage with Sue at Wirral Wellbeing Clinic — followed by my first ever Reiki session! I didn’t know what to expect, but I left feeling so calm, clear and relaxed. Sue has such a gentle, healing energy. Highly recommend if you need a reset!

I had the reflexology, reiki and back massage over 2 hours . It was an amazing experience , Susan is a very skilled practitioner and every session is wonderful. This time by the time she had finished the reflexology I was in such a relaxed state the I fell asleep during the reiki , a deep deep healing rest and the massage then was the final piece to ease out my shoulders. I left rested refreshed and my shoulders inches lower than when I went in. Thank you Susan , as ever amazing
