Appointment Policy DEPOSIT All appointments require a 50% deposit for all treatments. This is to cover cost of product and time and protects Wirral Aesthetics and Beauty Clinic from no shows and late cancellations. Once your deposit is paid, it is non refundable under all circumstances. If appointments are cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be able to reschedule at a convenient date for Wirral Aesthetics and Beauty Clinic. LATENESS Wirral Aesthetics and Beauty Clinic has a 10 minute lateness policy. This means, if you are more then 10 minutes late for you appointment even by 1 minute, we have the right to cancel your appointment without offering a refund or reschedule your slot. We have time slots and only leave a 10 minute gap between each appointment. NO SHOWS If you no show or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your agreed timeslot with Wirral Aesthetics and Beauty Clinic we will not offer a refund or reschedule your appointment under any circumstances. All future appointments will require a full payment upon booking.
