Velour Appointment Policy 🤍

✧ BRAIDING HAIR ✧
• Colors 1–4 are included in your service.

✧ BOHO HAIR / HUMAN HAIR ✧
• Must be provided by the client.
• Only 100% high-quality human hair accepted.
• Recommended vendors: YWigs, YGWigs, or any trusted, verified seller.
• Colored boho hair may shed more and requires extra maintenance due to processing.
• Human Hair past 18” recommended for best results.
• Each style is crafted to feel as natural and lightweight as possible. I use very little braiding hair! typically up to 95% human hair depending on your hair density! to ensure your results remain seamless, comfortable, and protective of your natural strands.
You’re welcome to bring 100% human hair to be used for the braid itself.

✧ HAIR DROP-OFF ✧
• Optional but recommended for a faster, smoother service. Schedule in advance.

✧ PAYMENTS & POLICIES ✧
• $20 non-refundable deposit required.
• Clients must be 16+.
• After-hours, holiday, or off-day bookings may have an additional fee.
• Cancellations/reschedules require 24+ hours’ notice.
• No refunds. 

✧ LATE POLICY ✧
• 10+ minutes late = $25 fee.
• 15+ minutes late = appointment cancelled, no refund.
• No call/no show = future bookings blocked.

✧ FINAL NOTE ✧
• Consultation included—have your inspo photo, desired length, and braiding hair color ready.
• Come comfy! Blankets available if needed.

Hair up to waist length is included at no extra cost. If boho hair extends past the butt, there is still no additional charge. Additional fees may apply for lengths beyond the waist if I need to braid past the butt, depending on the desired style and length.
