Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time with no penalty ! Canceling within that timeframe results in 25% of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file. Deposit: To secure your appointment, a deposit is required upon request. If the deposit is not paid within the requested time frame, the appointment will be automatically canceled without notice. This ensures fairness to all clients and respects everyone’s time. No-Show Policy Clients who no-show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. After-Hours Appointments Need an appointment outside of regular business hours? Text or call to request availability. Additional fees may apply based on time and service. At Untangled. Hair Studio, client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 3 days of your appointment so we can assess and address your concerns. We do not offer cash or card refunds for services rendered. However, we are happy to provide one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service date if we determine that the outcome does not reflect your original request. Product Refunds: Unopened retail products may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products are non-refundable. Non-Refundable Situations: • Change of mind after service is completed • Failure to follow aftercare instructions • No-shows or late arrivals resulting in shortened services By booking with Untangled.
