Payments
Payments are due in full at the time of booking. All payments are final. 

Refunds and Transfer Credits
There are absolutely no refunds or transfer credits.

No-Show
If client is late, staff will wait 15 minutes after scheduled service time. If client arrives within 15 minutes, additional time will not be added. After 15 minutes, client is considered a no-show. Service will be cancelled and client is unable to receive a refund. If staff is late, client should wait for 15 minutes.

Cancellations
Clients can cancel within 24 hours. Make-up sessions are not allowed. After 3 cancellations, client will be blocked from booking.

Late Fee 
Please be respectful of my time as well as my other clients. Parents/guardians  must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. There is an automatic late fee of $15 exactly one minute after the end of session time and a fee of  $1 per minute after that. Late fees must be paid the day of. Clients are unable book a future session without late fee  payment. If client has a future appointment already scheduled, clients are unable to attend without late fee payment. The future appointment is unable to be rescheduled and will forfeit 100% of service amount if late fee isn’t paid the day of. 

Diaper Changing and Feeding
Parents/guardians  must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. Parents are responsible for diaper changing and feeding. Staff will not change or feed children.

Home school assistance

Online booking is unavailable for same day services. Contact us for same day services. Please be advised that same day services  may or may not be available. Same day services must be approved by the instructor. This service will also be booked manually by the instructor. You will receive confirmation once payment is received.

Next Day Tutoring (In-Person)

This service is for new clients only. When booking, please include requested service and any questions you may have.

This service requires approval before booking. Please consult with staff before booking.

Homework Help Boost

Two week notice preferred. The above fees are for labor only. This fee does not include materials or travel fee. Client must provide all materials. Prices vary by details and requirements. A travel fee of $10+ will be added to this service. 

Bulletin Board Design 

Parent workshops are designed to discuss specific topics. Parent workshops will be done virtually or in-person. 

Parent Workshop

2 week in advance preferred. Turn around time varies by template and requirements. 

Lesson Plan Creation

This fee is applied to any bookings outside of regular business hours and on and services provided during holidays.

After Hours and Holiday Fee 

Get parenting and educational advice from Ms. Princess. Ms. Princess will answer any questions regarding early childhood development and provide parenting tips. This service may be virtual or via phone. 

Parent Consultation

This fee will be applied to any service required to travel. 

Travel Fee 

This fee will be applied to services booked less than 48 hours. Clients must contact the provider to book this service.
