Gel-X Apres (X-short-Short, medium)
Compared to hard gel and acrylics, Gel-X lasts about 3-4 weeks, and the grow-out is much less noticeable because the tips are thinner and don't lift at the edges. With Gel-X, you get a new set every time, which means there is less risk of nail mold and fungus. Plus, Gel-X nails are a safer option than acrylics because they reduce your exposure to EMA and MMA vapor. Acrylics tend to be harder than gel, which means there is less flexibility for the nail to withstand bends or breaks.
Another benefit of Gel-X nails is that they're less damaging to the natural nail. Acrylics can be more damaging, especially during the removal process, which is more challenging than soft gel tips. With Gel-X, the bulk of the product soaks off with acetone, making it gentler on your natural nails.
