Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 48h or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Lash extensions: Patch Test is OPTIONAL, but highly recommended. We are happy to apply 2-3 lashes 48 hours prior upon request. Lash lift/Tint: MANDATORY FOR ALL CLIENTS. • New Clients: A patch test must be completed 48 hours prior to your first treatment with us. • Returning Clients: A new patch test is required if you have not had the exact treatment with us in the last 6 months. We cannot proceed with treatment if a patch test is refused, regardless of a waiver or previous treatment elsewhere. No exceptions.
