To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. For regular and returning clients, a rolling deposit scheme applies, meaning your deposit will carry over for future bookings. If you have multiple appointments scheduled, the deposit will only be required for your next upcoming appointment. ! Important: Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If not received, your appointment may be subject to change or cancellation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • 24+ hours' notice - No additional charge, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. • Less than 24 hours' notice - Your deposit will be retained, and a new deposit must be paid before rebooking. (Excluding extreme circumstances) • No-Shows - You will be charged 50% of the total service cost, and a deposit will be required for future bookings.
