Hello welcome My name is Lauren the CEO The Beauty E.D 🩷 These are my policy’s - Extra guest are only allowed if we have discussed prior or if they are getting a service. - This establishment offers no refunds whatsoever, no exceptions! - Rescheduling must be notify 48 hours prior to your appointment so that means two days you must notify me two days prior! - If you reschedule 48 hours or less you must pay me 50% of the service you were getting and if not paid you are subjected to pay your next appointment or banned as a client the 50% must be paid within 48 hours or you will be banned - Same day cancellations without an emergency result in 50% of the service needing to be paid within 48 hours or will be banned - No call no-show will need to pay 50% of the balance within 48 hours or will be banned - My grace period is 10 minutes if there is no communication within the grace. Your appointment will be canceled. After 10 minutes. There will be a $15 late fee and after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and I will need 50% of the service within 48 hours - If you have fungus. I am not the nail tech for you. You need to see a foot doctor or a dermatologist. - If at any time of the appointment I am disrespected do not feel comfortable or if I do not wish to service you anymore I have the right to refuse service. I also have the right to stop the service at any time. As you are reading my policies, please note that you agree that if you get injured, hurt, have any physical or emotional damages I will not be liable and you know that no refunds are allowed under any circumstance. I am licensed from state board of the state of Florida and by reading these policies, you understand that I will not be liable for anything at all no matter what circumstances.
