Deep Clean ( 1-2 Bedroom Home)

In a deep clean, we enter each room first completing high and low dusting for cobwebs and those sweet little dust bunnies that like to play hide and seek around baseboards and in corners. We dust window ledges, window frames, and door frames. Taking it a step further, we wash these areas as well to begin breaking down the layers of dirt and grime that can build up over time. Each room gets all accessible baseboards washed, and all accessible window ledges and frames washed. All door frames and door fronts are also washed to get those adorably stuck on fingerprints removed. We go on to dust all flat surfaces such as furniture and ceiling fans, always dusting objects themselves and under them, not scooting things around or swiping around them.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning (price depends on size of home, pls see description )

Move in/out cleaning prices are based on homes size. A move-in/move-out clean (also known as “make-ready clean,” or “end of tenancy clean”) is essentially a deep clean for an empty home, and includes a few other services that would otherwise typically be add-ons, such as inside refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The goal is to get everything in top shape and ready for the new owner or renter. If extra time is needed over the 6 hours included in this price. Cleaner charges $30 per hour after the 6 hour block.
