Policy and Terms Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 5% non-refundable fee from total service price. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable but applied toward the total service balance.
