Booking Fees are non-refundable, however are deducted from balance. Please come to your appointment with a clean face makeup/fake tan free. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid wearing any hoodies/high neck tops with hair back If you need to cancel or reschedule appointments please do so up to 24 hours before. Failure to this will result 100% of remaining balance will be taken from card registered.

The Consultation is for those unsure of what treatments would benefit their skin or those with skin concerns that would like to plan their skin journey. The consultation fee can be used as a deposit if you decide to book in for a treatment this will be deducted.
