Hi, I’m Alisha, a.k.a Esha a.k.a Speedy E I'm the Owner/ Master Stylist of Speedy-E Hair Care/ Shears Lounge Beauty Salon, LLC established 2015. I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. I joined the United States Army in 1998 and was honorably discharged. I graduated from Wards Corner Beauty Academy in 2006. I have been a licensed stylist/ Cosmetologist Instructor for 17 years. Seven of those years, I have been an owner of Shears Lounge Beauty Salon LLC where I get a chance to hire up-and-coming new stylists. I like to stay abreast with the latest trends and also continuing education which is a must. I also enjoy learning new styles and helping my new stylist come into their own while learning new ways of doing different hairstyles while still keeping it by the book. I enjoy doing blowouts, Fingerwaves, Fishtail Braids, Sew-Ins, and helping my fellow stylists with braids. To sum it up, I just love doing hair and meeting new people.
