Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policy regarding late arrivals and rescheduling. Late Arrivals Policy I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible by calling (817)681-9453. Your appointment will be subject to the availability of my schedule. If there is another appointment scheduled immediately after yours, we may need to adjust the duration of your service. If there is no appointment scheduled directly after yours, I will do my best to accommodate your full appointment duration, but please note that this may not always be possible. Remaining Time Policy If you arrive late for your appointment and there is an appointment scheduled immediately after yours, you may still use the remaining time within the allotted time frame. However, your service may need to be shortened to ensure we can stay on schedule for our next client. Full payment will be due at the conclusion of the appointment. Rescheduling Policy If you anticipate that you will be unable to make your appointment, I kindly request that you notify me at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of my schedule. I will do my best to find an alternative appointment time that works for you. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification, you may be subject to the no-show policy, which may include a fee or loss of future booking privileges.
