SALON POLICY

Warranty
• New wig fill-ins over $200 include a two-week warranty which includes one off the head drop off and pick up. 
• All work must be approved at drop-off.
• Once approved and picked up, all sales are final.
• No returns or refunds.

Payment
• Wigs must be paid in full at time of pick-up.

Sales Tax
• All services are subject to NYC sales tax.
• Cash discounts available.

Lace Policy
• Lace will only be cut with the customer present and with their consent.

Service Disclaimer
• Due to the delicate nature of lace and hair installations, no guarantees can be made.

Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround time is a minimum of two weeks.

Outside Work Disclaimer
• We are not responsible for hair loss or damage caused by outside colorists or stylists, even if it occurs within the two-week warranty period.

Adjustments & Repairs
• Pricing for adjustments or repairs will be determined based on the work required, even if the request is made within the two-week time frame.

Devorah is so accommodating, kind, and extremely skilled at her craft. She does the repairs herself and is one of the most honest people I’ve met. Her services are very affordable in an industry that can be extremely overpriced. If you’re looking for a wig repair of any kind, this is THE only place to go.

During the repair consultation, the details of hair installation and other services that need to be done will be discussed.

Repair Consult

At the time of repair pickup for new wigs, we will complete the finishing touches on the fill-in and proceed with cutting the lace. 

For wig bald spot repairs minor tweaking is available. 

Please note: due to the delicate nature of lace, we cannot offer guarantees once the lace has been cut.

Repair pick up

During lace tightening appointments, all work will be done on the spot, and we will evaluate where the lace needs to be adjusted or refreshed

Thinning out the top of the wig and the sides to create a more low density lighter wig. 

Debulking is only done with the customer present and the wig on the customers head. 

Debulking does not include warranty and all work is considered final sale.
