Red’s Haircare LLC (“Company”) provides haircare services subject to the following terms. Clients must provide accurate information when booking appointments. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may incur fees. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from services provided, including allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results. Clients agree to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to services. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. By using our services, clients agree to these terms and consent to any necessary photographic documentation for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
