I understand that life happens, so there will be no penalties for the first last minute cancelation. If it happens a 2nd time, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your next booking. For "no call no shows," you’ll be required to pay 100% of the service cost in advance for your next appointment. No refund will be issued for the 2nd missed appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please call or text me at 619-558-8411 if you expect to be late. After the 2nd late arrival, you’ll be asked to pay in advance for future appointments.
