Rachel’s Lash Lounge

•Clients can cancel / reschedule up to before 48 hours before their appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling after the 48 hour mark will be required to pay a 50% fee. 
Any cancellations on the day of appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment booked. Any no shows will be required to pay 100% of the service. 

• Please arrive to your appointment ALONE and on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may need to cancel your appointment. 

• You must have at least 50% of your extensions left to qualify for an infill, any less you will be charged for a full set. (if you are unsure, please message me.)

• I do not give refunds, if there are any issues with your lashes you must let me know within 3 days of the treatment so you can come back and I'll asses / fix the issue.

Just had my third appointment ( 2nd infill) with Rachel. I struggled on my first appointment as my eyes are v. sensitive and they weren't staying shut enough to keep out any fumes during the light curing process.  With some slight changes Rachel has now achieved 100 % no discomfort or soreness for me now both during the appointment and in the couple of days thereafter.  Using the special light is making my lashes last longer in between .  She is a lovely technician and puts me at ease. 

Very experienced  made me feel welcome  and relaxed  i would recommend  her to any body love the extension  ❤️
