By booking with Prime Weight Loss, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Prime Weight Loss may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. When submitting your request for a certain date and time, the selected slot will be pending approval by our office staff. You will be notified by text once your appointment request has been approved. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
