Pixies Dog Grooming

Please knock on the door and wait for me to open the door as I am a 1-1 groomer and dogs do run loose. Please give yourself enough time for collection and drop off as if one dog is late this has a domino effect on the rest of the day. Severe matting will have a £10-£20 charge. This will always be discussed with you beforehand You must tell me if your dog has any medical conditions before your appointment or if there has been any changes to your dogs health between appointments. If fleas are found on your dog(s) there will be a £10 charge to cover the cost of a flea bomb and to clean the salon to keep sanitation. In severe cases I will refuse the groom. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Please provide me with at least 48 hours notice to accommodate other clients.
