Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Pawsitively Perfect Pet Spa. By booking with Pawsitively Perfect Pet Spa, you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Pawsitively Perfect Pet Spa may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show, and clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy; late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may incur a fee. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
