By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: **Payment Details:** * A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your event date. * The remaining balance is due two days before your event. * Please note that taxes will be applied to all transactions, and a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all transactions. **Travel Fees:** * A travel fee will be applied for events located between 40 and 300 miles from Columbus, Ohio. **Mobile Bar Services:** * Due to ABC regulations, clients are responsible for purchasing their own alcohol. * We will provide all other necessities for a great drink experience, including ice, mixers, sodas, juices, and garnishes. * We'll assist you with a detailed shopping list and quantity recommendations to make the process easy and cost-effective for you. * After securing your alcohol, you can select one of our drink packages to complement your rental. **Cancellations and Rescheduling:** * Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the scheduled event. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations. * However, you have the option to reschedule your event within one year of the original cancellation date.
