NATURAL HAIR BRAIDING BY SHAWNA SERVICING KANSAS CITY, MO & SURROUNDING AREAS POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS DEPOSITS Deposit of $25 is due within 24 hours of booking. Boho hair services deposit is $50 Mini Human Twists deposit is $100 HAIR PREP Please come with hair clean, tangle-free and blown out. If hair is not clean you will NOT be serviced and your deposit will be forfeited. If hair is not tangle-free and has to be detangled an additional $10 will be applied to the service price. LATE POLICY Please be on time. There is a 15 minute grace period after scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late a $20 late fee will be added to service. If you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. Please call if any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances arise permitting you to not make it on time. SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING When scheduling an appointment please be sure to select the correct service and add-ons. You will NOT be allowed to change your style the day of or once the appointment has been confirmed. Also include hair color and the type of curl pattern you are wanting if applicable. Please be sure to check descriptions of all services for details and to see if a week notice is needed before booking. If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so 24-48 hrs before scheduled appointment & during the confirmation. Deposit will not be refunded but will be transferred over to new date. You can only reschedule one-time with the same deposit. You will need to pay another deposit to book again. If cancelled last minute you will forfeit your deposit and will not be allowed to rebook in the future. KIDS All children MUST be accompanied by an adult. If your child can not sit or behave for the allotted time the service will be terminated and half the cost of the service will be due. REFUND POLICY There are absolutely no refunds on any services that have been provided. If there is an issue with the service it can and will be discussed to come up with the best solution.
