1. Appointments & Booking All appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide accurate contact information when booking. Bookings are held for 15 minutes. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your service may need to be shortened or cancelled, and a fee may apply. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to attend your appointment may result in a cancellation fee (if applicable). Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals Please respect the schedule and arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may be cancelled, or Only the remaining time may be used, with full service price still applying. 4. Payments Payments are accepted via the methods specified at booking (e.g., cash, card, transfer). Some services may require a deposit. 5. Hygiene & Safety Please arrive with clean hands and nails. If you have signs of infection, open wounds, or contagious conditions, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety. The salon adheres to strict sanitation practices for all tools and surfaces. 6. Children & Guests Due to limited space and safety considerations, please do not bring additional guests or children unless confirmed with the salon beforehand. 7. Personal Belongings Please keep your belongings safe. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 8. Refunds & Satisfaction Services are non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns, please notify the technician within 48 hours so they can be addressed. 9. House Rules Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
