To maintain a safe, peaceful, and professional environment for all clients, please review and respect the following policies: 💌 Private Location • The suite address will be sent via confirmation message 18 hours before your appointment. • DO NOT share the address with anyone. This includes friends, family, or on social media. • Violation of this rule will result in an immediate and permanent ban from booking any future services. ⏰ Arrival & Late Policy • Please arrive on time to respect both your time and the next client’s. • There is no grace period, your arrive early to find parking. Communicate any delays and allow determination of cancellation or late fee. 🚫 No Extra Guests • For safety and space, no extra guests or children are permitted unless discussed and approved beforehand. 💳 Payments & Deposits • A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service via Cash, Cashapp, or all major cards. • No refunds AT ALL. Any refund will be at my discretion, do not request one. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule up to 16 hours in advance. Less than 16-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • No-call/no-shows will be blocked from future bookings. 📸 Content Notice • I may take photos/videos of your nails for social media purposes (@nalanigracexo).
