All treatments are NON refundable. If a lift or chip happens within the first 72 hours of appointment time, this will be fixed free of charge. Any repairs after this will be at a charge of £3 per nail. Please come to your appointment on time arranged, any longer than 10 minutes late and unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled (unless confirmed otherwise). Please make sure you have booked for the correct treatment, if you're unsure, just drop me a message. I do NOT infill other techs work, therefore this will need to be removed first, under 'Foreign removal' Thanks so much for your understanding. Tihah x
