Shannon has achieved City & Guilds level 2 & 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and is also qualified in Pet Nutrition holding a CPD Diploma.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

No Show - Failing to turn up to your agreed appointment without reason will result in you being restricted from booking online and may incur a charge of £20. This is due to an increased number of failed appointments.

Another fantastic job for my 2 Yr old spaniel.  Shannon has arms of steel to keep him still and calm for his haircut as he just wants to dive on her.  Also a fabulous selection of dog toys ,food and gifts. Thank you and see you again soon. 

My dog has come out looking lovely every one’s so nice 

Shannon is a dream to leave my dog with, she always takes the time to talk any issues through both before and after the appointment and my very curly dog always leaves beautiful. I won’t go anywhere else.

Such a wonderful job as always - we have an older spaniel who is quite anxious so needs a little encouragement.  It's so reassuring to be able to leave him in such safe hands 

Our cocker spaniel Winnie has been to Shannon a few times now and every time she smashes it! I don’t know how she gets her so fluffy and soft but she always comes out looking amazing! Shannon also fits us in last minute when she can which is a massive help to us.

Misty’s did a great job grooming my large labradoodle. They are so patient and kind to him which puts him at ease. He always comes home calm and looking great.

Ive taken  Orvis (labradoodle) to Mistys Pet Empawrium since he was 7 months old. We needed a calm, caring groomer who’d take their time with him as he”d had a previously bad experience elsewhere. Shannon spent a few visits  just introducing him to the grooming room, not pushing anything, just making him comfortable, & he’s always been happy to go in & see her (which says a lot). Orvis is now 18months old, & always looks gorgeous when I pick him up (& happy!) I recommend Mistys to everyone!!

Every visit has been a calm, enjoyable  and friendly experience, my dog is completely comfortable and happy, Shannon has a natural affinity with dogs, and my dog is very relaxed with her. The quality of the groom is exceptional, and extremely professional. I highly recommend this salon.

A very happy five month old Bernedoodle puppy emerged following her bath and blow dry  looking beautiful and so pleased with herself . This was her second time and she was not at all stressed or nervous to return . There was such a lovely  friendly welcome, I would definitely  recommend . 

Shannon is absolutely wonderful with my cocker spaniel Buddy. He is my absolute pride and joy but I totally trust that Shannon will do just as I wish and she does, every time. My boy is always pleased to see Shannon and then always comes out smelling and looking handsome. Absolute winner and would definitely recommend.
