MexiClean Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions **Services Provided** [ If your residence has not been cleaned for more than 35+ days. Will be considered a deep clean, and will be charged accordingly. ] 1.MexiClean Cleaning agrees to provide cleaning services to the **Client** as outlined in the agreement. 2. The scope of work includes general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizingfor basic cleaning. 3. Deep clean will be a more detailed cleaning. Please see services 4. MexiClean Cleaning will not clean behind any pets cages or sleeping area, litter boxes of any type unless discussed with an agreement of $25 fee per animal per visit. 5. A pet fee will be included for any pets that have severe shedding if Company equipment is needed for services. Can cause damage to equipment. $25 per pet. **Payment and Invoicing** 1. The **Client** shall pay the agreed-upon fee for each cleaning visit. 2. Invoices will be issued promptly after each service. 3. Payment terms will be due at time of service from the invoice date. 4. Late payments after 5pm may incur an additional charge of $10 and $25 per day after. **Equipment and Supplies** 1. The **Client** is responsible for providing cleaning equipment. Vacuum unless otherwise agreed upon. A $10 fee will be applied if use of company equipment. To ensure no cross contamination from home to home. **Cancellations and Rescheduling** 1. The **Client** must provide at least **24 hours' notice** for cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $25. 3. If for some reason cleaner does not have access at time of service cleaner will send message via text, will wait 15 min for conformation. If no conformation or response, we will charge half of the cost of serviceas we have clients scheduled properly to provide best service. **Liability and Insurance** 1. MexiClean Cleaning will take reasonable care during cleaning services. 2. The **Client** agrees not to hold MexiClean Cleaning liable for any damages or losses unless provenotherwise. 3. MexiClean Cleaning maintains appropriate liability insurance. **Termination** 1. Either party may terminate the agreement with **30 days' written notice or discussed amongst provider and client. 2. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
