To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all clients to save a card on file when booking. Non-Refundable Deposit • Deposit is required to book all appointments. • This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. • Same-day cancellations or changes will be charged 40% of the service total. ⸻ No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy • Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours will be charged 40% of the service total. • This fee will be charged to the card on file. • No future appointments will be accepted until the fee is paid in full. • Habitual no-shows or late cancellations may result in permanent booking restrictions. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be marked as a no-show, resulting in a cancelled appointment and loss of deposit. • If you’re running late, communicate as early as possible. Accommodations are not guaranteed. ⸻ Guest Policy • To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. ⸻ Clean Lashes Are Required • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. ⸻ Feeling Sick? • If you’re feeling ill or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule in advance. • Clients who arrive sick may be turned away, and the deposit will be forfeited for health and safety reasons. ⸻ After-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled at 7PM or later will include an additional $50 after-hours fee for: • New clients • Any full set (regardless of client status) ✨ No extra charge applies for returning clients coming in for a fill. ❌No foreign fills❌ 📍This studio is located in Los Angeles, CA 90034 The exact address will be sent via text after booking is confirmed. Payment Remaining payment may be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Please note: payment is due in full at the end of your appointment.
