With 25 years of professional baseball experience—14 years as a player and 11 years as a pitching coach—we bring extensive expertise to our practice. We are a Pitching Lab dedicated to biomechanics and pitch development. Our program focuses on helping athletes establish effective throwing routines to improve command and understand strategies for increasing velocity. Additionally, we incorporate shoulder and core strengthening exercises designed to prevent injury and promote proper throwing mechanics.
