Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you "postpone" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $15.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by postponing/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't postpone within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 2. If you "cancel" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $25.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by posting/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't cancel within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 3. If you "reschedule" the appointment / walk in number [given/agreed] upon follow up confirmation $5.00 BDS additional will be due to facilitate any inconveniences caused by postponing/rescheduling other customers for your timeslot to be held. If you don't reschedule within 48 to 24 hours minimum. 4. If we "postpone, reschedule or cancel" your appointment / walk in, we will refund you in full or in part if needed or applicable.
