Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Stephies Glam; by booking with Stephies Glam you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Stephies Glam may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We require a non refundable $25.00 deposit VIA CASHAPP @BBS009 or VIA ZELLE @ 401-306-0039 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. A late fee will be applied after 10 minutes and appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes, so please arrive on time as late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and please remove all unwanted facial hair and arrive with a clean face. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business; extra guests are not allowed. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
