Service Quotes & Pricing

Please note that all pricing listed on our website serves as a starting point and may be adjusted based on the size, condition, location, and scope of work discussed during your consultation.

Once you select a service, we will follow up directly to discuss your specific needs and provide a customized quote.

Factors that may affect pricing include:

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Travel Policy

Travel costs are included when creating your custom quote.

Because every service location is different, travel is calculated based on distance, time, and overall scheduling requirements.

Factors considered include:

✔️ Location accessibility

Travel charges will be discussed and included in your quote before services are scheduled.

Scheduling Policy

Appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

Services may be completed by Lesley Miller or an approved team member working under LeeLee’s Cleaning & Organizing Services' standards and procedures.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Arrival Window Policy

While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, unexpected delays can occur.

Please allow a 1-hour arrival window before or after your scheduled appointment time.

Factors that may affect arrival times include:

✔️ Traffic
✔️ Weather conditions
✔️ Extended previous appointments
✔️ Emergencies

Clients will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected situations arise.

Standard Notice

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Excessive Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments when needed. However, after three consecutive cancellations or reschedules, a $25 scheduling retention fee may be required to secure future appointments.

Service Termination

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or failure to comply with payment policies may result in removal from the schedule and refusal of future services.

Lock-Out / Missed Appointment Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If we arrive and cannot access the property:

✔️ We will attempt to contact you.
✔️ We will wait up to 20 minutes.
✔️ If access is not provided, the appointment will be considered a lock-out.

A $50 lock-out fee may be charged.

Lock-out fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

Walkthrough & Consultation Policy

For new clients, large projects, deep cleanings, commercial services, move-related cleanings, and specialty services, a walkthrough or consultation may be required before scheduling.

Walkthroughs help ensure:

✔️ Proper scheduling
✔️ Identification of special requests

Additional work requested after services begin may result in additional charges.

Guest & Occupancy Policy

Pricing is based on normal occupancy and use of the property.

Additional occupants, extended guests, events, gatherings, or unusually heavy use of the property may affect service pricing and cleaning requirements.

Additional charges may apply when conditions significantly exceed normal maintenance levels.

Scope of Work Policy

Services are limited to the work agreed upon during scheduling and quoting.

Additional tasks requested on-site may:

Services outside the original scope are not automatically included.

Product & Chemical Policy

LeeLee’s Cleaning & Organizing Services supplies cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

For safety and liability reasons:

❌ We do not use bleach unless specifically discussed and approved in advance.

Clients requesting specialty products must disclose this before scheduling.

Weather & Emergency Policy

The safety of our clients and staff is important.

Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:

✔️ Road conditions
✔️ Emergencies
✔️ Illness

We will communicate any necessary schedule changes as soon as possible.

Payment Policy

Residential Clients

Effective July 1, 2026, residential clients will transition to Goldie for scheduling, invoicing, and online payments.

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement, invoice, or recurring service schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

✔️ One-time cleanings are due upon completion of service.

✔️ Recurring residential services are due according to the payment terms established in your service agreement or invoice.

✔️ Clients participating in recurring service plans must remain current on their account to maintain future appointments.

Failure to make payment by the agreed-upon due date may result in late fees, suspension of future services, or removal from the schedule until the account is brought current.

Commercial Clients

Commercial clients will continue receiving invoices through Joist unless otherwise notified.

Payment terms are governed by the service agreement and invoice terms, including Net 7, Net 14, or Net 30 arrangements where applicable.

Processing Fee Policy

Electronic payment processors charge fees for transactions.

A 3.5% processing fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee will be added to payments made through:

✔️ Google Pay
✔️ Bank transfer processors
✔️ Other electronic payment platforms

Late Payment Policy

All outstanding balances, cancellation fees, lock-out fees, returned payment fees, and late fees must be paid before future services can be scheduled.

Future payments may be required in certified funds or electronic form.

Deposit Policy

Certain services may require a deposit to reserve an appointment.

When applicable:

Includes accessible interior glass surfaces only. Heavy hard water buildup, mineral deposits, or permanent etching may require additional time and may not be fully removable.



Mirror & Glass Detail Cleaning

Duration: 45–60 minutes (may overlap with other cleaning tasks while the laundry is running).

Client Note: 

Clients must provide detergent, dryer sheets, or any preferred laundry products unless other arrangements have been made. Delicate items, hand-wash-only items, or specialty fabrics are not included unless discussed in advance. Additional loads will be billed separately.
