Clients of Lacquered by Lo may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show up for the appointment, your deposit will be kept and the appointment time forfeited. Clients who cancel day of the appointment will be charged 50% of their total service, however, your deposit will be put towards that percentage.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will also forfeit their deposit and appointment time, and will need to reschedule. In the event a client no-call no-shows, they will be charged 100% of the service fee scheduled. After hours fees may be applied in the event of custom scheduling outside of regular business hours agreed upon prior to the appointment. These policies are in place to ensure the efficient operation of our business and to respect the time of both our clients and our staff.

Lauren always does such an amazing job with my nails! I appreciate her attention to detail and creativity with designs. She’s so fun to hang out with and was so patient with me when deciding on Gel X vs builder gel and picking out designs. Highly recommend, Lauren is the best!!

Love love love my nails! I was already planning my next appointment before leaving the first. Lauren is very talented with her nail art, careful and detailed in her nail prep and tip application, and has such a genuine and warm presence. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Solid color gel polish on natural nails only. Includes meticulous Russian-style cuticle prep and detailed aftercare. Please book a removal in addition to this service if any nail enhancement (builder gel, acrylic, dip, etc) removal is required.

Regular Gel Polish Manicure

Solid color gel polish over a soft or hard gel overlay on naked nails. A great way to enhance the durability of your natural nail to help them grow long and strong! Includes sculpting an overlay on top of your nail, meticulous Russian-style cuticle prep and detailed aftercare. Please book a removal in addition to this service if any nail enhancement (builder gel, acrylic, dip, etc) removal is required. 

Structured (Builder) Manicure

Dip/Acrylic Removal (Not My Work)

If a nail chips or breaks dramatically within 72 hrs, I will fix it free of charge.

Nail Fix Within 7 Days of Appointment

Solid color gel polish on Gel X ™ by Aprés full coverage nail extensions. Choose any shape or length for your nails with Gel X nails!  Includes sizing and application of chosen extensions, meticulous Russian-style cuticle prep and detailed aftercare. Please book removal in addition if any nail enhancement (builder gel, acrylic, dip, etc) removal is required.

Includes hand painted art on 1 nail per hand*

*Notable exceptions: Full chrome, cateye polish, one dot, etc on all 10 nails fall under Level 1

Nail Fix After 1 Week of Appointment

Includes hand painted art on 4-5 nails per hand. 

Intricate Art - Level 3

Extra designs on all 10 fingers that includes multiple steps and textures, 3D elements, charms or agreed upon pre-painted elements that I can prepare ahead of time.



Extensive Art - Level 4

Not sure what to do with your nails? Bring in a few different inspo pictures or a general idea of what you want (vibe, color palette, etc) and I will choose a design for you! I can also take the reins entirely and choose something I want to do if you really want to go wild! Pricing and timing may vary based on level of detail on each nail.
