Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. • You may reschedule and transfer your deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email. • If you cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will also result in the loss of your deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book again. ⸻ Lateness Policy Out of respect for all clients and to stay on schedule, please arrive on time. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled automatically. • In this case, 50% of the service fee will be charged or your deposit will be forfeited.
