Find us at Hillsborough or the city centre! I have experience with a wide range of sporting injuries such as rotator cuff tears, ankle sprains meniscus injuries, runners knee and many more! I will utilise my experience to assess and diagnose your injury and provide treatment, advice and rehabilitation to improve your pain and get you back to sport! Sports massage release tension, increase range of movement, reduce pain and promote recovery. They are beneficial for anyone who is experiencing any pain, tightness or to prevent injuries. 30 minute sports massage

Sports massage involves soft tissue manipulation and helps to release tension, promote recovery, reduce aches and pains and improve range of motion. It will be tailored to your main complaint/injury to provide the most effective treatment.

60 minute Sports massage

Sports massage involves soft tissue manipulation and helps to release tension, promote recovery, reduce aches and pains and improve range of motion. It will be tailored to your main complaint/injury to provide the most effective treatment.

Physiotherapy initial consultation

During the initial consultation i will carry out a full assessment of your injury to make an accurate diagnosis. You will then receive appropriate treatment such as exercise prescription, sports massage, dry cupping, stretching techniques and advice and education. Collectively we will make shared goals to facilitate your rehab programme to get you back to doing what you love!

Physiotherapy Follow up

For clients who have had an initial assessment. A follow up is a check in for how you are getting on with your rehab programme, with advice and guidance on how to progress to the next stage effectively. Treatment such as sports massage, cupping, stretching may be used here as a maintence and preventative technique during your rehab journey.
